Scope of Services. Through this Site, BALLISTIC DIESELS markets and arranges Roadside Assistance, Mobile Mechanic Services, Diesel Mechanic Services, Roadside Repair, Tire Repair Service, Mobile Auto Repair, Diesel Truck Repair, Emergency Roadside Service. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by BALLISTIC DIESELS or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. BALLISTIC DIESELS reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. BALLISTIC DIESELS does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation. In no event will BALLISTIC DIESELS's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold BALLISTIC DIESELS harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under KY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in KY for any related dispute.

Term Changes. BALLISTIC DIESELS may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
